Canyon Point

Canyon Point seamlessly melds modern architectural design with rustic mountain materials, linking a magnificent house to its spectacular environment. Douglass fir trusses, Arkansas tumbled stone, reclaimed oak barn wood, and copper siding provide an organic feel to the house but also compliment the property’s ambling meadows, pristine ponds, fire pit, and unique perch above the San Miguel River canyon. This distinct 9,770 square foot residence encompasses a 900-acre wilderness preserve with 360 degree views, surrounded by 14,000 foot peaks.
